3 cups vanilla yogurt

1 cup fresh or defrosted frozen raspberries

1 cup fresh defrosted Pineapple diced in bit

3 banana diced in cubes

1 cup good quality granola


  1. Layer 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt into the bottom each of 4 tall glasses.
  2. Combine defrosted raspberries, banana and pineapple
  3. Alternate layers of fruit and granola with yogurt until glasses are filled to the top and finally place raspberries on the top.
  4. Serve parfaits immediately to keep granola crunchy or save in a chiller for later consumption
